We were the first studio to teach authentic, Classical Pilates in London. It was developed by Joseph Pilates during the middle part of the last century, in New York. That’s why we named our own studio New York Pilates. Many of our teachers studied with Romana Kryzanaowska, a direct protégé of Joseph Pilates which is why teachers and clients from all over the UK, USA and Europe come to study with us.
