Slightly Foxed on Gloucester Road, just a step from the tube, is a booklover’s haven, where their staff are always happy to answer questions, make recommendations and take orders for any book in print, which can usually be obtained overnight.

They are well qualified to advise on anything to do with collecting and building a library, or compiling a wedding-present list of books. The shop has customers all over the globe, to some of whom they send a regular, personalized selection of ‘Books of the Month’.
