Transformational Breath® is a cutting edge breath work therapy combining conscious breathing, gentle body mapping (similar to acupressure), movement and toning (vocal sound). The unique combination of these self-healing modalities was founded in America, in the 1970’s, by Dr Judith Kravitz, a leading world expert in breathwork. She has devoted three decades to teaching this profound and yet simple breathing process to hundreds of thousands of individuals in over 20 countries. Both co-founders of Inspiration Space, Aimee Hartley and Rebecca Dennis were fortunate to train and certify with Judith Kravitz in 2010 in Italy, Mexico and United States drawing on a wealth of experience and knowledge from Judith and her tremendously talented and inspiring co-trainers.

We offer mindfulness courses and introductory workshops , taught by Ed Halliwell at The School of Life. We also offer retreats for beginners and people who’ve completed a mindfulness course, as well as workplace training.
Ed Halliwell is teaching the following mindfulness workshops and courses, which will be held at the School of Life in Central London, near Kings Cross, Euston and Russell Square. These events are part of the School of Life programme.
The Moksha Yoga community (internationally known as “Modo Yoga”) is a group of socially and environmentally conscious yoga studios, collectively changing the world one hot yoga class at a time! What’s ‘Moke-shaw‘? Moksha Yoga in Canada and Modo Yoga in the United States (and the rest of the world) is a unique hot yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress.
The Centre specialises in affordable and effective face-to-face training in management, communication, administration, writing and personal effectiveness. Our training is stretching, motivating and tailored to the individual learner.
For the past 19 years, we’ve been developing and delivering one and two-day training courses for organisations across all sectors. These courses, facilitated by experts with real-life experience, are interactive, challenging and backed-up by theory and best practice.

I run regular courses, classes and workshops in mindfulness and meditation in Camberwell and around London.
Mindfulness is the practice of living in the present moment: remembering that the past no longer exists, and the future doesn’t exist yet. Becoming more and more aware and in-tune with what’s going on right now.
